We Would Definitely Recommend KST for a Trip in South India!

We are back home, after the wonderful trip you prepared for us. We wanted to wish you a Happy New Year and share some feedback.

 

As far as hotels are concerned, we had an overall outstanding experience.

 

Secret Garden and Abad Kumarakom were both very nice, clean, and welcoming. We greatly appreciated both the places and the service.

 

Abad Turtle Beach in Marari was truly outstanding. Not only were the location and accommodation excellent, but the staff were also exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making our stay an absolute pleasure.

 

The Blackberry Munnar, eventually, was so peaceful, the rooms so pleasant and the personnel so nice that we left it with a lot of regrets.

 

The Thattekad experience was a bit more mixed. While the place itself is stunning and relaxing, the staff was not welcoming (the person who was serving the food seemed permanently unhappy and bored). They seemed short-staffed, which led to delays and some misunderstandings, but beyond that, their muted attitude left us with a strange feeling.

 

Additionally, we noticed that the chauffeur appeared to be treated in a way that came across as close to rude and brought our attention.

 

If we are asked, we wouldn't recommend the place.

 

As far as activities are concerned, they were all very well designed.

 

We very much enjoyed the boat tour in Kumarakom, chilling on the beach in Murari and the walk within the tea plantations in Munnar. All the other visits (plantation/spice place) and shopping also contributed to the pleasure we had to discover Kerala.

 

Eventually, regarding our chauffeur, Arun has been fantastic. His car is always clean, and he has gone above and beyond to make us feel safe and happy throughout the trip.

 

Once again, we have thoroughly enjoyed the trip, the breathtaking sceneries, the visits, and the people. Thank you so much for organizing this wonderful experience: we would definitely recommend KST for a trip in South India !
